最出名的就是麗宮了，大池都要一百多，不在乎錢的可以去，要是便宜又正回中的就去江灣，去年答幾塊錢任你泡，但泡不到二十分鍾皮膚就起皺了，含硫很高，殺菌的時候傷皮膚，但溫泉絕對正中，不過外地人不建議去，離韶關很遠，而且沒有車，韶關馬壩有很多溫泉，車也多可以考慮。

你是從哪邊過來？南華寺緊挨曹溪溫泉，大峽谷跟丹霞山150公里左右，有高速；南華寺到大峽谷是110公里左右，一般是南華寺到丹霞山，再去大峽谷一般要到市區住一晚。如果不走回頭路的話，大峽谷——南華寺——曹溪溫泉——丹霞山
