走進大廳，鋪展在眼前的是六幅圖畫，分別是：台灣的湖泊、大廈；上海的黃浦江和東方明珠電視塔；中國的萬里長城；古埃及金字塔和獅身人面像……
看完了畫像，乘坐每秒七米的高速電梯，我們來到了二百六十三米高的觀光層，「哇噻！」我被眼前的一切給迷住了。舉目遠眺，只見一座座縱橫交錯的立交橋，像扭曲的線條，上面的汽車像一塊塊積木在蠕動；黃浦江像一條藍色巨龍在東方明珠的腳下緩緩流淌……俯視下面，「啊！」這么高，我頓時面如土色，雙腿發抖，不敢朝下看，一條條馬路像一條條綵帶，一輛輛汽車像一塊塊糖果行駛在綵帶上，人流像千萬只螞蟻在爬行……啊，東方明珠真是名不虛傳！
